Business Model

The business model is fairly simple. Having reliable streams of Municipal Waste (MSW) transforming the MSW into the from of fuels, electricity, and other products, produced by the process of Plasma Arc Gasification. Long term contracts with local municipal waste collection entities, that are responsible for bringing the MSW into the plant. Then handling MSW just one time after delivery. Knowing within a few percentage points what the final production of all products will be, by the delivered amount and type of MSW, due to past histories. We also know, reasonably well, what the composition of the trash will be, for most if not all regions in the US, having an established make up of the type of MSW. Each plant is designed specifically for the region's MSW and can be tailored for variances. Crucial, the make up of that material determines largely what the production type and amount of the off source fuels will be. Long term customer contracts with the end user's for fuels, energy, pig-iron and associated metals, along with other materials include the transportation requirements from these customers. It is simply a matter of storing the fuels/ products to be picked by various haulers for delivery to there facilities or end users. Our long term contracts with either State, County, City for the MSW and the DOD are for 10 to 20 years.

This gives CPE the financial security to be certain in our financial models are accurate.
